About Us
My name is Chauncey Webb. I am the owner of Renaissance Wood & Timber. I grew up learning all the trades working with my Dad. He was building or remodeling just about everything he could get his hands on, and I was right there with him: From playing in the dirt while Dad built our home in the panhandle from the ground up, to helping re-roof a gas station when I was in 6th grade, and ultimately to starting my own remodeling company after college. Working the my hands to help people remake their homes has always been a part of my DNA.
I spent a short 4-year stent in Salt Lake City building, remodeling, and running a coffeehouse ministry in downtown SLC but eventually returned to what I knew best, remodeling houses. In 2011, after a season of burnout, I decided to try something new and spent 10 years studying, learning, and growing a financial services business where I became a Regional Vice President and managed a book of business worth around $60 million.
After a decade of sitting behind a desk, traveling all over the State of Oklahoma, and missing dinners at home with my family in the evenings, I knew I needed to be working with my hands again. In 2021, God provided the opportunity to buy Renaissance Wood & Timber, and I jumped on it as a dream come true! Having worked with Renaissance Wood & Timber during my remodeling days, I had always loved what they did and what they stood for.
Now I get to work with my hands every day, be home for dinner each night, and create products and spaces that help other families gather together, all of this with my own family by my side. This truly is a family business.
Behind every table, mantel, and beam we build is a family that loves serving this community. Renaissance Wood & Timber started with a passion for creating authentic, handcrafted wood pieces that bring warmth and character into the home — and over the last 24 years, it has grown into something much bigger than just a woodshop. It has become a staple for homeowners, builders, and designers to find unique pieces that define the heart of their home.
From sourcing reclaimed barn wood and milling timber to hand-finishing each piece in our Oklahoma shop, we take pride in building products that are made to last for generations. Every beam, table, and mantel carries a story, and we’re grateful to be part of yours.
